After Living in a large home in New Mexico for years this homeowner longed to return to

Hawaii. His aesthetic is Modern and this condo was anything but. We did a complete

remodel; New Floors, new kitchen, new bathroom. Incorporating a few of his favorite

pieces from New Mexico we went to work to create a new layout that could function in

this unique space. The kitchen was opened up and stretched to include the entry way.

Cabinet paneled appliances helped to seamlessly tie the kitchen into the main living

space with a counter height peninsula for casual dining. Mercury Glass pendants over

the peninsula add a modern touch and provide beautiful ambient light. Consistent

custom stained wood cabinetry throughout the unit; Kitchen, Bathroom, Den & Bedroom

offers a subdued backdrop and allows the homeowners art and furnishings to pop.

Several additional furniture pieces & a rug were acquired to complete the space.
