This was a complete remodel for an absentee owner; every room in the home was

altered. The new kitchen layout opened up the space and created a Great room that

flows seamlessly together. Every area takes advantage of the beautiful ocean views.

The family room adjacent to the kitchen was opened up by creating a peek through

wall, allowing wall space for a desk that can see the ocean view. The space was

furnished so the collapsable ping pong table can be used with out much fuss. All the

bathrooms were refinished with new cabinetry & beautiful tile details. The home was
