This was an extensive addition/remodel. Almost unrecognizable, most of the home was

demolished to accommodate the new footprint. The new plan takes advantage of the

amazing views in all the important spaces; Living room, Kitchen & Master Bedroom.

Careful planning was required to meet all the clients wishes on this sloped lot. A new 3

bedroom home was created. One of the bedrooms does double duty with a custom

murphy bed that also turns into a desk/sewing table. Every inch is thoughtfully used to

maximize this new home. This was also a LEED Silver Home
